My moth...The chapter I have been waiting to get to. My mother fostered a love of reading in my brother and I. I am still an avid reader because of this. I also have always had a very good vocabulary because of reading. My mother's favorite story is when I was in 5th grade I was reading on a college level and my school called her in and they used to have me take elevated reading courses. I was so interested in this because of my love of reading that while I was pregnant with my one year old I always read to her while in the womb. My 14 and 15 year old still have me read to them. However even though we read at least 25 minutes a night neither one of my older children like to read themselves and they have always seen me with a book and still do.
